WORKRIGHT PHYSICAL THERAPY

WorkRight Physical Therapy specializes in working with industry to implement cost effective work injury prevention that controls claims and costs while increasing work place productivity. WorkRight also works with employers to develop return to work strategies such as medical management, functional capacity evaluation, and structured light duty.

Prevention services are modeled after the IMPACC system, which includes Ergonomic Work Risk Analysis, Back Injury Prevention Training, Neck-Arm CTD Prevention Training, and Safety Team Training. An effective prevention strategy requires an attitude change that must permeate the entire company. This is accomplished by involving management, supervisors and workers in all prevention efforts. Training is customized to your work place by using slides of your workers in their work environment. This encourages participation and motivates workers to change their work techniques.

WorkRight Physical Therapy uses a special mobile unit to perform the Isernhagen Functional Capacity Evaluation. This is a medical and legally tested evaluation that is used to expedite case resolution. Objective information is provided for employers and physicians to determine if a worker can safely return to work.

WorkRight Physical Therapy is owned by Eric Heimkes, Licensed Physical Therapist. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in ergonomics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation of work related injuries. Consultation, prevention and return to work services are provided throughout the State of Minnesota.
