Our bottom line is to prevent workplace injuries. We use the IMPACC Program for our industrial and educational services. IMPACC has been used in over 400 work places and has an average of more than 70% REDUCTION IN WORKER COMPENSATION CLAIMS. We start with a WORK RISK ANALYSIS to identify work risks and offer corrective recommendations to minimize work stresses. Followed by educational workshops for both management and employees pertaining to taking care of your NECK-ARM, BACK and helpful tips on proper ERGONOMIC work station set up. We also provide FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATIONS to determine the level the injured worker can safely return to work.
THE LABOR DEPARTMENT RECENTLY REPORTED WORK PLACE INJURIES IS NOW A $100 BILLION PROBLEM. Our goal is to save you money. You have taken the first step towards a healthier more productive workplace. YOUR WORKPLACE will be happier because your commitment towards preventing workplace injury proves you care about the worker. The worker will then respond with a more productive workday. MANAGEMENT will be happy not having to continually train new workers to take the place for the injured ones. OWNERSHIP will be extremely happy to see a productive cost effective company.
WHAT DIFFERENTIATES US FROM OTHER PHYSICAL THERAPY CENTERS?
Our strategy is simple yet often overlooked by well intentioned health care professionals. We empower the patient to take responsibility of their working body. We emphasize & promote the patients self care responsibility. We educate patients on how to prevent future injuries in the work place, at home & while performing leisure activities. We use concepts & strategies that patients can immediately apply to their everyday life.
We not only change their physical status, we also permanently alter their behavior and attitude. It is this behavior change that is the single most important factor in reducing workers' compensation costs.
The only sustainable benefits are those, which are mutually beneficial to all.
