Vantage Physical Therapy also offers a complete line of testing to determine your employees injury and true functional level. We at Vantage use the Blankenship System for functional capacity testing. This system is a comprehensive computerized assessment tool used throughout the U.S., testing true functional ability and disability to determine safe work levels and facilitate a workers return to duty. We use the computerized Cybex system as a tool for both rehabilitation and testing. Walt Ronan, M.S., P.T., E.C.S., is licensed to perform EMG/Nerve conduction studies to identify nerve impairment or injury. Our other specialties include foot orthotics, aquatic rehab, and sports specialty training with computerized video analysis for golf, baseball, and basketball, among others.

TMS Physical Therapy offers an Injury Prevention Program based
on the IMPACC program. Our program is a customer design concentrating
on employee education and behavioral modifications. It encourages
the employee to take the responsibility for his/her own body.
In providing this education and training, it enables each employee
to perform their daily tasks in safer manner. This education can,
also, be carried over into the personal lives of your staff, and
provide less missed work due to a decrease of injuries occurring
at home.

Once the complete evaluation of all of the work sites is done at your company, we custom design an Ergonomic Program and Training Sessions. When this evaluation is offered to your staff, it is proven that Workers Compensation claims decrease as much as 70%. We have training sessions for computer workstations, repetitive tasks in manufacturing and "lower back" material handling tasks. To evaluate the effectiveness of our program, we do a 6-month and 1 year follow up to address any areas of concern.

SMART was established in 1989 by Bradford Regional Medical Center as an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic. Over the years, the SMART clinic has provided physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to a wide variety of clients, always focusing on restoring or achieving optimal function for our clients.
Through the IMPACC Work Injury Prevention Program, the therapists provide an in-depth analysis of the job site to determine the ergonomic as well as behavioral risk factors that may lead to on the job injuries. A comprehensive program is designed, based on the work risk analysis, to meet the needs of each organization. On-site training is provided to all levels of employees. Management training is provided to help all levels of managers and supervisors understand the causes of worker's compensation claims, costs and injuries, and how they can effect a change. The employee training motivates employees to care for their working body and work smart.
